4月12日,冶建(jian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司黨委在第一會議室召開2022年(nian)度(du)黨建(jian)、黨風廉政(zheng)建(jian)設、意(yi)識形態工作專題(ti)會議。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司黨委書記、董事長(chang)覃(tan)振華主持會議并講話,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司黨委委員(yuan)(yuan)賴海標、廖立波、唐峰、何勇參加,班子成員(yuan)(yuan)阮仁勝、陶禮(li)智(zhi)、李方(fang)宇列席會議。

會議(yi)討論了公司2022年度黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和(he)黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要(yao)點,確(que)定了(le)今年黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)主(zhu)要(yao)內(nei)容(rong)為:加強(qiang)(qiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)思想建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),把(ba)準企業發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)方向;加強(qiang)(qiang)基層組(zu)織建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),筑(zhu)牢(lao)堅(jian)強(qiang)(qiang)戰斗(dou)堡(bao)壘(lei);加強(qiang)(qiang)標準規范建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)質量;加強(qiang)(qiang)輿論(lun)宣(xuan)傳建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),筑(zhu)牢(lao)意識形態(tai)陣地;加強(qiang)(qiang)黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),營(ying)造企業高質量發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)生態(tai);加強(qiang)(qiang)群團(tuan)組(zu)織建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),充分(fen)發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)群團(tuan)作(zuo)用(yong);堅(jian)持政(zheng)治(zhi)引領,不斷(duan)推動責任落實(shi);注重警示教育,增強(qiang)(qiang)廉(lian)潔從業意識;推進作(zuo)風(feng)(feng)(feng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),持續涵養新風(feng)(feng)(feng)正氣;強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)監督(du)治(zhi)理(li),切實(shi)促進發(fa)(fa)展提(ti)(ti)升(sheng);抓(zhua)住工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重點,深(shen)化(hua)虧損項目治(zhi)理(li);堅(jian)持強(qiang)(qiang)基固(gu)本(ben),全(quan)面加強(qiang)(qiang)自身(shen)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)等。會議還討論(lun)了(le)黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務分(fen)解和(he)意識形態(tai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)清(qing)單(dan),審議修改了(le)公司(si)《意識形態(tai)領域突發(fa)(fa)事件應(ying)急處(chu)置工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)預案(an)》及(ji)《職工(gong)(gong)文明(ming)上網行為規范》。
就(jiu)做好(hao)2022年度黨(dang)建、黨(dang)風廉政建設、意識形(xing)態(tai)工作(zuo),覃振華(hua)提出四點要求:
一是各級黨(dang)組織(zhi)書記要(yao)認(ren)真落(luo)(luo)實主(zhu)體(ti)責(ze)任,增強責(ze)任意(yi)(yi)識(shi),提(ti)高履(lv)職(zhi)能力。黨(dang)組織(zhi)書記是黨(dang)建(jian)、黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、意(yi)(yi)識(shi)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的第一責(ze)任人,要(yao)強化履(lv)職(zhi)能力,帶頭落(luo)(luo)實主(zhu)體(ti)責(ze)任,把(ba)(ba)黨(dang)建(jian)、黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、意(yi)(yi)識(shi)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)為政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)任務去抓(zhua)(zhua)緊、抓(zhua)(zhua)實、抓(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao),把(ba)(ba)全年工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計劃執行好(hao)(hao)(hao)、落(luo)(luo)實好(hao)(hao)(hao),要(yao)牢(lao)牢(lao)樹立抓(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao)是本職(zhi),抓(zhua)(zhua)不好(hao)(hao)(hao)是瀆(du)職(zhi),不抓(zhua)(zhua)是失職(zhi)的觀念(nian),把(ba)(ba)黨(dang)的建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、意(yi)(yi)識(shi)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同研究(jiu)、同部署、同落(luo)(luo)實、同考核,班子成員要(yao)落(luo)(luo)實好(hao)(hao)(hao)黨(dang)建(jian)、黨(dang)風(feng)(feng)廉(lian)政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)和意(yi)(yi)識(shi)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)“一崗(gang)雙責”的工(gong)作制(zhi)度。
二(er)是強化標準(zhun)化規范化建設,推進“星級工(gong)程”取得(de)更(geng)大成(cheng)效(xiao)。各級黨(dang)(dang)組織要(yao)堅持(chi)黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)的基(ji)本(ben)制(zhi)度,按照組織設置、班子(zi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設、隊伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設、組織生活(huo)(huo)、活(huo)(huo)動(dong)載體、工(gong)作(zuo)機制(zhi)、場所建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設、基(ji)本(ben)保障八大內容的建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設標(biao)(biao)準抓好落實,鞏固(gu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設全部(bu)達標(biao)(biao)的成(cheng)效(xiao),打造更(geng)多標(biao)(biao)準化樣板黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu),提高“五星級”黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)獲(huo)得(de)比例,把黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)質量提高到(dao)一(yi)個新水平。要(yao)繼續開展“兩上(shang)”活(huo)(huo)動(dong),深化黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)品牌創建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),著(zhu)力推進黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)與生產經營工(gong)作(zuo)深度融合,發(fa)揮黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)引(yin)領和黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)賦能作(zuo)用,實現黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)質量整體提升。
三(san)是抓好(hao)黨風(feng)廉(lian)政建設(she),營(ying)造(zao)風(feng)清氣(qi)正的干事(shi)創業氛(fen)圍。大力推(tui)(tui)進廉政教育,把(ba)廉政從(cong)業教育作為(wei)企業文(wen)化在黨員干(gan)部中進行廣(guang)泛宣傳,在全(quan)體(ti)(ti)員工中繼續進行《集(ji)團公司員工廉潔從(cong)業若干(gan)規定》等制度的學習(xi)教育,筑牢思(si)想防線(xian)。落實好黨風廉政建設責(ze)任制,進一(yi)步構建有效監督體(ti)(ti)系,推(tui)(tui)動全(quan)面從(cong)嚴治黨“四責協同(tong)”,重點監(jian)督(du)“關(guan)鍵少數”、關(guan)鍵崗位和項目經(jing)營管理崗位,加強對“一把手”和領導班子成員的監(jian)督(du),積極(ji)開(kai)展對中央八項規定、“四風”問題的監(jian)督(du)檢(jian)查(cha),一體推進不(bu)敢(gan)腐(fu)、不(bu)能腐(fu)、不(bu)想腐(fu)建設。
四是加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)職工(gong)(gong)思(si)想教(jiao)(jiao)育,弘(hong)揚(yang)正能量,構建意識形態(tai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)新(xin)局面(mian)。要加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)對黨員干(gan)部的教(jiao)(jiao)育管(guan)理(li),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)職工(gong)(gong)思(si)想政治工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),用進步的思(si)想教(jiao)(jiao)育職工(gong)(gong),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)對宣傳(chuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的領導和管(guan)理(li),大力宣傳(chuan)好人好事,用正確的理(li)論引(yin)導職工(gong)(gong),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)精神建設,用先進的文化熏陶職工(gong)(gong),傳(chuan)遞(di)主流價值(zhi),強(qiang)(qiang)化正面(mian)引(yin)導,弘(hong)揚(yang)新(xin)風正氣,提振(zhen)精神、凝聚合力,切(qie)實(shi)把黨的最新(xin)理(li)論、社(she)會主義(yi)核心價值(zhi)觀送(song)到(dao)職工(gong)(gong)心坎(kan),牢牢把握意識形態(tai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的領導權、主動權和話語(yu)權。
