會上(shang),陶禮智認(ren)真(zhen)聽(ting)取了公(gong)司停緩建項目盤活推進(jin)情況匯報(bao),并就下一步工作提出四(si)點(dian)要(yao)(yao)求。一是加強領(ling)導,提高(gao)責任意識。各分公(gong)司要(yao)(yao)認(ren)真(zhen)學習(xi)貫徹落(luo)實集團公(gong)司《“三力”行動(dong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)意(yi)見(jian)》和(he)停(ting)緩(huan)建項目(mu)(mu)工作專(zhuan)班(ban)工作要(yao)(yao)求,以(yi)高度(du)的(de)責任(ren)感、使命感抓(zhua)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)抓(zhua)好停(ting)緩(huan)建項目(mu)(mu)盤活處置工作。二是(shi)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)匯(hui)報,動(dong)態調(diao)整(zheng)方案(an)(an)。各分公(gong)(gong)司(si)要(yao)(yao)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)向公(gong)(gong)司(si)停(ting)緩(huan)建專(zhuan)班(ban)匯(hui)報項目(mu)(mu)盤活進(jin)(jin)度(du),及時(shi)反饋項目(mu)(mu)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)過程中(zhong)遇(yu)到的(de)問題和(he)難(nan)點(dian),共(gong)(gong)同(tong)研討有針(zhen)對性(xing)的(de)盤活措施(shi)和(he)計(ji)劃,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)動(dong)態調(diao)整(zheng)項目(mu)(mu)盤活方案(an)(an),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)項目(mu)(mu)盤活有步驟地持續推(tui)進(jin)(jin)。三是(shi)強化跟蹤,責任(ren)落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)到人(ren)。要(yao)(yao)按照“一(yi)項目(mu)(mu)一(yi)方案(an)(an)一(yi)團隊”的(de)原則(ze),明確(que)(que)(que)各階段責任(ren)人(ren),強化時(shi)間(jian)節點(dian),加強上下(xia)聯動(dong),共(gong)(gong)同(tong)分析,共(gong)(gong)同(tong)推(tui)進(jin)(jin),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)取(qu)得實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)效。四是(shi)多措并舉(ju)(ju),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)年(nian)度(du)指標(biao)完(wan)成。要(yao)(yao)緊(jin)盯目(mu)(mu)標(biao)任(ren)務,掌握(wo)工作主(zhu)動(dong)權,壓(ya)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)責任(ren),攻堅克(ke)難(nan),多措并舉(ju)(ju),全力以(yi)赴推(tui)進(jin)(jin)清收回(hui)款工作,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)圓滿完(wan)成年(nian)度(du)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)任(ren)務。
