8月17日,冶建(jian)(jian)公(gong)司總(zong)經理(li)、黨委副書記蒙勝益(yi)率隊到桂(gui)鴻分公(gong)司承建(jian)(jian)的南寧市青秀區教育基礎設施(shi)建(jian)(jian)設(一(yi)期)項(xiang)目(mu)調研(yan)指導工作。

蒙(meng)(meng)勝益(yi)深(shen)入項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)現(xian)場,詳細了解(jie)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)進(jin)展、施工(gong)(gong)節點(dian)等情況,并對施工(gong)(gong)過程提(ti)出了指導性建(jian)議。調研(yan)會上,蒙(meng)(meng)勝益(yi)認(ren)真聽(ting)取項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設進(jin)度(du)匯報(bao),詳細了解(jie)各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)推(tui)進(jin)中遇(yu)到的困難和問題(ti)。就抓好下一步工(gong)(gong)作,蒙(meng)(meng)勝益(yi)提(ti)出五點(dian)要(yao)求。一是提(ti)高認(ren)識,抓好管控。各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)要(yao)增強使命感(gan)和緊(jin)迫感(gan),嚴格貫徹落實集團(tuan)公司“3+1”項目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)機制和(he)“圍(wei)墻內”“圍(wei)墻外”項目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)模式,持(chi)續加(jia)強(qiang)項目(mu)標(biao)(biao)準化(hua)規范化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li),不斷提(ti)升項目(mu)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)水平。二是(shi)科(ke)學(xue)統籌,抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)生(sheng)產。要(yao)(yao)科(ke)學(xue)安(an)排(pai)施工(gong)工(gong)序(xu),對比節(jie)點計劃,及時對人(ren)力投入和(he)材料(liao)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)進行合(he)理(li)調(diao)整,加(jia)強(qiang)現場施工(gong)管(guan)(guan)理(li),推進施工(gong)生(sheng)產。三是(shi)嚴(yan)守防線,抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)。要(yao)(yao)時刻繃緊安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產弦,充分(fen)利(li)用(yong)早班會(hui)和(he)交底等形(xing)式,不斷增(zeng)強(qiang)員工(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)意識,筑(zhu)牢(lao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)防線,堅(jian)決防止各(ge)類事故(gu)發生(sheng)。四是(shi)細化(hua)措施,抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)成(cheng)本(ben)。要(yao)(yao)細化(hua)工(gong)作措施,根據各(ge)項目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)制定有針對性的(de)措施和(he)方(fang)案,做好(hao)(hao)資金使(shi)(shi)用(yong)計劃,全(quan)(quan)面提(ti)升成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)能(neng)力和(he)資金使(shi)(shi)用(yong)效(xiao)益,實(shi)現降本(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)。五是(shi)緊盯目(mu)標(biao)(biao),抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)。要(yao)(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)工(gong)作落(luo)實(shi),對照項目(mu)任務(wu)清單(dan),進一步壓實(shi)責任、形(xing)成(cheng)合(he)力,加(jia)快工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)進度,確保項目(mu)如(ru)期、高質(zhi)量完成(cheng)。
