駱春燕(yan)一行深入項(xiang)(xiang)目現場,認真聽(ting)取了項(xiang)(xiang)目情況的(de)(de)匯(hui)報,對項(xiang)(xiang)目商務管(guan)(guan)(guan)理、安全(quan)施(shi)工、質(zhi)量控(kong)(kong)制、成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)等重點(dian)工作進行檢(jian)查(cha)。反饋會上,在聽(ting)取了匯(hui)報和(he)查(cha)看相(xiang)關(guan)臺賬資料(liao)后,駱春燕(yan)對該項(xiang)(xiang)目的(de)(de)商務工作給予(yu)了充(chong)分肯定,并對下一步工作提出五點(dian)要(yao)求。一是進一步增強(qiang)項(xiang)(xiang)目成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)意識(shi)和(he)能(neng)力(li)。要(yao)以項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)生命周期為主線,持續強(qiang)化項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)過程成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong),加強(qiang)項(xiang)(xiang)目成本策(ce)劃、過程管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)和(he)及時預警,提高(gao)項(xiang)(xiang)目成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)理預判能(neng)力(li)和(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)能(neng)力(li),細化成本控(kong)(kong)制舉措(cuo),抓細抓實項(xiang)(xiang)目成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)理工作,全(quan)力(li)壓降(jiang)項(xiang)(xiang)目成本。二是進一步梳理總結“節流”的好(hao)經驗好(hao)做(zuo)法(fa)。要(yao)梳理(li)總(zong)結(jie)(jie)降本(ben)(ben)措施(shi),做(zuo)好(hao)數據(ju)(ju)盤點分(fen)析,在夯實數據(ju)(ju)資料的基礎(chu)上做(zuo)到再關注再總(zong)結(jie)(jie),持續改(gai)進(jin)(jin)提升,真正實現降本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效。三(san)是(shi)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步加強項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)實現提質(zhi)增(zeng)效。要(yao)規范(fan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、制(zhi)度(du)化(hua)(hua)(hua)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)管(guan)(guan)理(li),根據(ju)(ju)實際每季度(du)完善施(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)度(du)計劃(hua),及時糾偏,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步抓(zhua)好(hao)成本(ben)(ben)、質(zhi)量、安(an)全(quan)各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作,確(que)保(bao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設順利(li)(li)開展。四是(shi)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步加強信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)應用(yong)。要(yao)加大(da)集(ji)采(cai)平臺的應用(yong)和(he)推(tui)廣力(li)度(du),利(li)(li)用(yong)數字化(hua)(hua)(hua)、信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)等手段,推(tui)動集(ji)團公司“3+1”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)機制(zhi)、“圍墻內(nei)(nei)圍墻外(wai)”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)模式,實現成本(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)的自動化(hua)(hua)(hua)、智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)。五是(shi)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步創新商(shang)務(wu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)方(fang)式。要(yao)注意(yi)總(zong)結(jie)(jie)、講究方(fang)法(fa),不斷對商(shang)務(wu)工(gong)(gong)作進(jin)(jin)行(xing)總(zong)結(jie)(jie)、分(fen)析,不斷優化(hua)(hua)(hua)商(shang)務(wu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)內(nei)(nei)容,促進(jin)(jin)商(shang)務(wu)工(gong)(gong)作專業化(hua)(hua)(hua),提高商(shang)務(wu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)水平。
蒙勝益對(dui)集團(tuan)公司檢查組在商務工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)上的指導表示感謝。他表示,冶建公司將按照(zhao)集團(tuan)公司的要求,落(luo)實(shi)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),進(jin)一步強化(hua)(hua)項目成本(ben)管控,從源(yuan)頭上減少(shao)浪費和損失,提高項目效益;進(jin)一步加強工(gong)(gong)期(qi)管控,確保項目按時交(jiao)付,為客戶(hu)提供更好的產品(pin)和服務;進(jin)一步加大信息化(hua)(hua)應用的投入力度,不斷(duan)提升(sheng)數字化(hua)(hua)、智能化(hua)(hua)水平,不斷(duan)提高商務工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水平,推動公司成本(ben)管理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)邁(mai)上新臺階(jie)。
