調(diao)(diao)研過程中,覃振華認真聽取了各(ge)分公(gong)司(si)生產經營工作匯(hui)報、詳細了解各(ge)分公(gong)司(si)重點項目建設情況(kuang),傾聽各(ge)分公(gong)司(si)發展中遇(yu)到的(de)問(wen)題(ti),現場協調(diao)(diao)解決(jue)難(nan)題(ti)、共謀(mou)發展思路。
覃振華(hua)強調,各分公司在發展(zhan)過程中(zhong)要(yao)提高政治站位,立足發展(zhan)大局,要(yao)與集團公司保持(chi)思(si)想(xiang)高度統一、方向一致(zhi),做到心(xin)往一處(chu)想(xiang)、勁往一處(chu)使(shi),進(jin)一步明確(que)發展(zhan)目(mu)標,舞(wu)好經營龍頭,做好項目(mu)管理,始終堅持(chi)穩中(zhong)求進(jin)的發展(zhan)總基(ji)調,做優建安主(zhu)業,做精特色專業,做大延伸產業,做強冶(ye)建品牌。
對圓滿(man)完(wan)成上半年各(ge)項經營(ying)指標的分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si),覃(tan)(tan)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)華表(biao)示(shi)充(chong)分(fen)肯定,并強調要繼續發(fa)揚冶建鐵軍的戰斗精神(shen),不斷開拓(tuo)(tuo)市場,擴大業(ye)務范圍,提(ti)升發(fa)展(zhan)質(zhi)(zhi)量,樹立冶建品牌;對分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)生產經營(ying)中遇到的難(nan)題,覃(tan)(tan)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)華指明發(fa)展(zhan)方向,明確(que)工(gong)作思路,提(ti)出建設性(xing)意見,并鼓勵分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)要堅定信心(xin),克服眼前(qian)的困難(nan);對公(gong)(gong)司(si)各(ge)在建項目(mu),覃(tan)(tan)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)華要求要強化項目(mu)管理過程,做好風險管控,抓(zhua)好項目(mu)建設進(jin)度(du)和質(zhi)(zhi)量,做好重點(dian)項目(mu)服務,開拓(tuo)(tuo)項目(mu)二次經營(ying),多創建優質(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)程、精品工(gong)程,在項目(mu)中鍛煉(lian)人才(cai),培養人才(cai),進(jin)一步提(ti)升人才(cai)隊伍素質(zhi)(zhi)。
