對(dui)于如何抓好清(qing)欠清(qing)收工作,他要求:一是樹立正確觀念,高度重視(shi)企業(ye)(ye)清(qing)欠清(qing)收(shou)(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。清(qing)欠清(qing)收(shou)(shou)是施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)企業(ye)(ye)實(shi)現并(bing)保持正向經(jing)營現金流的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)途(tu)徑,是一項常態性的(de)(de)經(jing)營管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),也是公司(si)(si)財(cai)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)核心內容(rong)。大家在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中要(yao)樹立一盤棋的(de)(de)全局觀,切實(shi)按照集團公司(si)(si)的(de)(de)決策部署,結合冶建公司(si)(si)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji),認真扎(zha)實(shi)做(zuo)好清(qing)欠清(qing)收(shou)(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。二是(shi)明確責任、落(luo)實(shi)舉措、注(zhu)重協作(zuo)(zuo)。本次清(qing)欠清(qing)收(shou)行動涉及面廣,難(nan)度大,時間長,相關職能(neng)部門要(yao)在工作(zuo)(zuo)中落(luo)實(shi)責任分(fen)解制,指導(dao)、督促、檢查(cha)和落(luo)實(shi)攻堅(jian)行動的(de)有序進(jin)行。各級領導(dao)干(gan)部要(yao)主動承擔清(qing)欠清(qing)收(shou)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)主體(ti)責任,在清(qing)欠清(qing)收(shou)攻堅(jian)行動中靜下(xia)心、沉住(zhu)氣(qi)、穩下(xia)身(shen),為全體(ti)職工做(zuo)出表(biao)率。三是(shi)依法行(xing)使職權(quan)(quan),完善相關(guan)資料(liao),確保(bao)清(qing)欠(qian)清(qing)收(shou)(shou)按計劃(hua)推進。在清(qing)欠(qian)清(qing)收(shou)(shou)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)要依約主張債權(quan)(quan),依法維護(hu)權(quan)(quan)益,既(ji)(ji)要保(bao)證資金回(hui)籠,又(you)要維系(xi)客戶關(guan)系(xi)。在制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)清(qing)欠(qian)清(qing)收(shou)(shou)方案(an)時(shi)應充分(fen)考慮到業主的(de)(de)(de)拖欠(qian)原因、拖欠(qian)時(shi)長、信用狀(zhuang)況等影響因素,針(zhen)對不同的(de)(de)(de)情況采取適當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)策略開展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),既(ji)(ji)要積(ji)極清(qing)收(shou)(shou),又(you)要講求方式方法。作(zuo)為(wei)從事(shi)工(gong)(gong)程建設、完成(cheng)(cheng)產值、形成(cheng)(cheng)產品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)直接責任單(dan)位,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)企(qi)業應當(dang)在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong)(zhong)收(shou)(shou)集(ji)第一(yi)手資料(liao),制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)清(qing)收(shou)(shou)臺賬(zhang)結算標準,建立結算臺賬(zhang)和清(qing)收(shou)(shou)臺賬(zhang),歸集(ji)整理履約過程中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)切相關(guan)文(wen)件,形成(cheng)(cheng)規范(fan)的(de)(de)(de)證據資料(liao),為(wei)清(qing)欠(qian)清(qing)收(shou)(shou)做好(hao)準備。
