5月(yue)28日,冶建(jian)公司財務總(zong)監陶禮智到第十(shi)分(fen)公司承建(jian)的一項目(mu)調研指(zhi)導(dao)工作。
調研(yan)現(xian)場
陶禮(li)智一(yi)行深入施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang),認真聽取了項目(mu)安全和質量(liang)管理、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程進度、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)重點難(nan)點、資金(jin)支付等(deng)情況匯(hui)報,重點檢查了現(xian)場(chang)文明施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、安全防護措施、材料設(she)備管理與臨(lin)時(shi)用(yong)電等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。就(jiu)進一(yi)步抓好項目(mu)管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,他(ta)提出四點要求。一是凝聚干事合力,持續推進勞動競賽。要提振精(jing)氣(qi)神(shen),以“大干二(er)季度(du) 沖刺半年紅”勞(lao)動競(jing)賽為載(zai)體,扎實推進(jin)(jin)“六(liu)賽六(liu)比(bi)(bi)”,營造比(bi)(bi)學(xue)趕(gan)超、大干快上的濃厚氛圍,攻堅奮進(jin)(jin)創(chuang)佳績。二是(shi)嚴把安(an)全(quan)質量關,筑(zhu)造精品工程。要堅持把(ba)安全(quan)生產(chan)擺在第一位,嚴(yan)格按圖(tu)紙標準和規范施工(gong),認真排查安全(quan)質量隱患,發現問題及(ji)時整(zheng)改,打造經得起時間考驗的精品工(gong)程。三是緊(jin)盯目標(biao)任(ren)務(wu),全(quan)力搶工期趕進度(du)。要增強責任感和(he)緊(jin)迫(po)感,緊(jin)盯目(mu)標任務,搶抓有(you)利的施工(gong)時(shi)機(ji),合理調配資(zi)源,倒(dao)排工(gong)期、壓茬推進,全力以赴推動(dong)項(xiang)目(mu)按既定時(shi)間節點(dian)建成投用。四是(shi)實(shi)行精細管(guan)理,推動(dong)項目提質增效。要以經(jing)濟效益為(wei)中心,突出抓好資(zi)(zi)金、合同、勞務風險(xian)防(fang)控(kong),做好簽證資(zi)(zi)料、過程資(zi)(zi)料的收集和管理,狠抓成本控(kong)制,保障資(zi)(zi)金流的安全,提升項目(mu)效益。
